Kegel Lock is developed and operated by Kegel Lock. This policy explains what information the app may handle, why, and the choices available to you.
Information handled by the app
Kegel Lock is designed to keep its core training experience on your device. Depending on the features you use, the app may handle settings, training progress, cooldown choices, and other information you enter or generate while using the app.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the app’s features, preserve your selected experience, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not use your personal information to sell advertising.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Kegel Lock currently integrates Superwall to display paywalls and support subscription-related functionality. Superwall may process information needed to provide its services, such as app, device, subscription, purchase, and usage-related information. Superwall's processing is governed by its own Privacy Policy.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Kegel Lock does not receive or store your full payment card information.
Data retention and deletion
Kegel Lock does not sell user information. App settings and training data stored locally remain on the device until the user deletes the app or clears the relevant app data. To ask a question about data handled by Kegel Lock or a third-party service, contact us at support@kegellock.com.
Children
Kegel Lock is not directed to children under the age at which they can consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will address the request.
Changes and contact
